No need of tools, removing the cover is easy! See instructions below:

1. Remove the mount from your TomTom Start.
2. Hold the Start by the sides with one hand, screen facing your palm and push with your other thumb on the back of the device to eject it from the cover.
3. Make sure you don’t drop the device!
4. Push the new cover on the back, making sure you line up the on/off button correctly.
5. Reattach the mount.
