Integrate your iPod into your factory Citroen audio system
The CTACTIPOD003 kit comprises of an interface to allow direct connection of an iPod to CD changer compatible Citroen head units.
Suitable for Citroen units produced by Phillips/VDO (RD4) fitted in the following vehicles:
* C2 March 05 onwards
* C3 March 05 onwards
* C4 March 04 onwards
* C5 March 05 onwards
* C6 March 06 onwards
* C8 September 03 onwards
Simply plug the kit together and into the back of the Citroen radio, connect your iPod and that's it! Once fitted, audio from the iPod will output through the original Citroen audio system, with volume controlled by the Citroen radio (or steering wheel stalk controls where fitted). The original Citroen radio disc track seek buttons can also be used to select tracks within the currently selected iPod playlist folder.
Folder selection is not possible with this OEM package and ID3 tags can not be displayed on the radio. For use only where no CD changer is fitted, or where disconnection of the changer is acceptable.
