How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the method you select at the checkout.

If a product qualifies for free shipping typically the service is 2-5days (UK Mainland Only).

What address can my goods be delivered to?

Goods can only be delivered to the cardholders registered address.

Can I track my delivery?

Orders that are dispatched by citylink can be tracked by visiting Citylink Tracking.

Can I collect my order?

Please note that there is a £5.00 collection fee for all orders collected from our showrooms. Our stores are open Monday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm
